Dr. Ramsey Khasho, Psy.D.

Dr. Khasho is a licensed clinical psychologist (Texas 34084 & California PSY 18575) who joins our practice from San Francisco, California. He received his Doctor of Psychology in Clinical Psychology (Psy.D.) and Masters of Arts in Clinical Psychology (M.A.) from the American Psychological Association (APA) accredited Illinois School of Professional Psychology (Argosy University). Dr. Khasho completed several clinical rotations in Chicago, Illinois and an APA accredited pre-doctoral internship with the Greater Long Beach Child Guidance Center in Long Beach, California.
Dr. Khasho worked in the capacity of a forensic psychologist with the Special Case Investigation Unit completing psychological evaluations for the Superior Court of California, County of Tulare, Juvenile and Adult Court Systems. He was also a court-appointed expert for the State of California, providing expert testimony regarding the psychological evaluations of juveniles and adults.
Dr. Khasho has over five years of executive management experience as the Director of Training and Clinical Services with Youth and Family Enrichment Services (YFES) and at the Children’s Health Council (CHC) as the Mental Health Department Head for School Age Children and the Department Head of Educational Services. He has been involved in the supervision and training of masters and doctoral level students as a director of training at YFES and supervisor with the Lucile Packard Children’s Hospital at Stanford/CHC pre-doctoral internship program. Dr. Khasho was also an adjunct faculty member at the University of San Francisco teaching graduate level course work for the School of Education, Counseling Psychology Department.
Dr. Khasho was trained as a general science practitioner and has been providing psychotherapy and psychological assessments of children, adolescents, adults, and families for over 10 years. His areas of interest and expertise include:
