Double board certified in adult, child and adolescent psychiatry. He attended University of Connecticut for his undergraduate degree, and continued on to American University of the Caribbean School of Medicine. From 1997 thru 2000 Dr. Kaiser completed his residency at Wayne State School of Medicine in Detroit, Michigan. He concluded his training 2000 thru 2002 with a Fellowship at Baylor College of Medicine in Houston, Texas. Dr. Kaiser also serves adult and adolescents in need of acute care at Cypress Creek Hospital, and IntraCare North Hospital.
